A hand pump is included only when you select the “With hand pump” option. The “Without pump” option contains the selected bags without a pump. Please check your chosen option before adding it to your basket.

To request a return, email myzappstore@gmail.com and include your order number. We will provide return instructions. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for the applicable time limits, conditions and return postage information.

Please email myzappstore@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. If possible, include a photo to help us assess the issue. We will explain the available resolution and arrange any necessary return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
