Delivery & returns
Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes a further 3-8 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive an email confirmation when your order leaves us.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom at the moment.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind and send it back. That is longer than the 14 days required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and it does not affect your statutory rights. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Once we receive your return we refund you within 14 days, to the same payment method you used to order.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email myzappstore@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the return postage.
