Privacy Policy

What We Collect

We collect only what we need to process your order: your name, delivery address, email address and any phone number you choose to provide. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

How We Use It

We use your details to take payment, deliver your order and answer your questions. Payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your full card details. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We keep order records for as long as UK tax law requires, then delete them. We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep your basket working and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the basket may stop working properly if you do.

Your Rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email myzappstore@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
